Berry Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen Banana, peeled and sliced


1 cup mix frozen Berries


¼ Cup Almond or Oats Milk (or any milk of your choice)


TOPPINGS

Any fruit of your choice, sliced


Granola of your choice


1 tsp Chia seeds

METHOD

STEP 1: Add frozen Banana and Berries to the blender and blend on low for 10 seconds


STEP 2: Add Milk and blend to a smooth nice cream consistency


STEP 3: Scoop into a bowl and top with desired toppings
